Your health and wellbeing
Your health and wellbeing is our priority and in Nottingham we have partnered with the experts at TRIB3. Scheduled experiential fitness and circuit training will be a regular feature and whilst we want you fit and healthy we need to keep you safe.
We have arranged regular induction sessions to help you get started. We will even gift you an awesome fitness app to keep you motivated! Down the line why not organise an in house fitness challenge! We will provide the medals!

Ten Traffic Street is located immediately (300 metres) to the south of Nottingham station and is within easy reach of the City Centre shops, restaurants and bars. The canal towpath with its walkway and leisure facilities is 300 metres to the north. University of Nottingham Castle Meadow campus is a two-minute walk. Nottingham Trent University (city centre campus) is a 15 minute walk through the city centre.
The closest Tram stop is 300 metres from the development at Nottingham Station with regular services to Queens Medical Centre (8 mins*), University Park (11 mins*) Nottingham Trent University (7 mins*) and Lace Market (1 min*). *NET timetable timings. Regular bus services and connections to the University of Nottingham’s inter-campus bus service are located 250 metres from the development. Cycling routes link to University Park and Jubilee Campus, with Nottingham Trent University also within easy reach by bike.
